Go Nagai (永井 潔)Goldorak (ＵＦＯロボ グレンダイザー)Rare and exceptional plate by the official Goldorak manga illustrator done in Indian ink with annotations and speech bubbles. Drawn by the late Gosaku Ōta, the official cartoonist of the Goldorak manga, a great collaborator on most of Go Nagai's works, notably the Mazinger trilogy. This is most certainly a plate that was published in Japan in the magazine "Boken Oh" between October 75 and March 77. It was certainly used between two chapters of the manga, or as a bonus in the magazine. Gosaku drew himself in the center on the leg of our favorite mecha. He is also the author of the Groizer X manga, whose robot appears in the lower left-hand corner in the arms of an assistant. A plate full of humor and nostalgia, simply superb.
